Meet the Team
Jordan Clements, Founder/Owner
I came to dog walking and pet care with a life-long love of animals and a belief that I couldn’t settle for anything less than work that I loved. As a kid I’d always wanted to work with animals when I grew up but was never really sure how to make that dream happen. I’d also had a long standing desire to own a business. After a great year of working for another local dog recreation service, I knew that it was time to pursue both a career in working with dogs and small business ownership.
I'm a dog trainer in addition to my daily outings with Neighborhood Paws, and am passionate about positive reinforcement, work with reactive dogs, and using a patient, understanding approach to working with each dog I meet. I'm also an aspiring herbalist, and enjoy mixing up herbal pet products and treats for my Big Fluffy Dog Rescue boys, Griffin and Digby. I love sharing my knowledge about training and herbalism, so feel free to send me a message if you have any questions!

Animals of all shapes and sizes have always had a special place in my heart. Whether it was trying to catch frogs, snakes, and lizards at my family's home in Puerto Rico, or volunteering with MassAudubon & the MSPCA—you could always find me working with animals in some way. Over the past 4 years, working with Neighborhood Paws has opened up a new frontier for me with dog walking and training. With the knowledge and experience I’ve gained from volunteering and working with Paws, I was able to attain my certification in dog training, and continue to learn with each new pup that joins our pack! When I’m not busy with work, you can usually find me training or hiking with my sato rescue, Sukie, or winding down by supporting one of our local breweries :)
