Neighborhood Paws operates from 9AM-4PM Monday through Friday. Weekend service is available upon request on a first come, first served basis. All clients must be able to provide a set of keys for entry, or have a lockbox/key code available. We highly recommend having a "service notebook" on hand to be filled out by walkers after outings. Invoicing will be completed via email. We accept cash, personal checks, or online credit card/PayPal payments.
Cancellations for services MUST be made 48 hours prior to receive a full refund. If a client needs to cancel due to a medical emergency, we will happily refund you for the day's services. All other cancellations are subject to a full charge. Remember, we're a small business, so please be kind and give us notice ahead of time!
Weather & Holidays
Rain, sleet, snow, wind―we've seen it all! Our walkers brave the elements year round to make sure that your pups are being well cared for while you're out of the house. However, New England weather is highly unpredictable, and while we love working outside, we do have to take the occasional snow day. Safety is our main priority, so in the case of torrential rain, thunderstorms, hail, or sudden heavy snowfall, please be aware that outings are subject to be shortened. ALL weather-related cancellations will be made via e-mail. Alerts will also be posted on all of our social media accounts, so keep an eye out for any notifications.
